Automation Risk Acknowledgement

By enabling automation on Court Central, you acknowledge:

• Court Central acts as your agent and submits requests on your behalf.
• Third-party providers (CourtReserve, Picklr, Fairgrounds, etc.) may suspend or ban accounts for using automation. Court Central does not control provider policies and cannot prevent enforcement actions.
• You assume all risk arising from automation use, including loss of account access or scheduled bookings.
• Court Central is not liable for any provider enforcement action.
