What is Court Central?
Court Central is a booking-automation platform that reserves pickleball and tennis courts on your behalf using credentials you provide to third-party booking platforms (CourtReserve, The Picklr, Fairgrounds, and PodPlay).
Is it safe to give Court Central my booking platform credentials?
Your credentials are encrypted with a per-user AES-GCM key derived from your session. They are never stored in plaintext, and operators of the service cannot read them while you are logged out. See our Security practices page for full details.
Will using automation get my court account banned?
Using automation may violate some providers' terms of service, and there is a risk that a provider could suspend your account. Court Central cannot guarantee this won't happen. You assume the risk by enabling automation — please read our Terms of Service for the full risk disclosure.
How do I sign in? Is there a password?
Court Central uses passwordless magic-link authentication. You enter your email and receive a one-time sign-in link. Each link expires after a single use, so there is no password to manage or forget.
Which booking platforms are supported?
Currently: CourtReserve, The Picklr, Fairgrounds Pickleball, and PodPlay. We are evaluating additional providers for future releases.
Is Court Central free?
Yes, Court Central has a free tier with core automation features. Plus and Pro tiers unlock advanced scheduling, priority slots, and additional provider connections. See Plans & Pricing for a full comparison.
Can I book for friends or guests?
Yes. You can add friends to your account so Court Central can book for multiple players in a single reservation. Guest handling varies by provider.
How do I cancel a booking made by Court Central?
You can cancel directly on the provider's website or app. Court Central shows all your bookings in the My Bookings tab, where you can also initiate cancellations for supported providers.
Does Court Central charge court fees?
No. Court fees are charged directly by the booking platform to your account on that platform. Court Central only charges for your subscription (if you are on a paid plan). See our Refund Policy for subscription billing details.
How do I get help if something isn't working?
Check the Getting Started guide first. If your issue isn't covered there, contact our support team — we usually reply within one business day.
