Up and running in under five minutes.

How it works

Court Central acts as your agent on third-party court-booking platforms. You provide your credentials once; the system then watches for available slots on your schedule and claims them automatically — without you needing to be at your computer.

Step-by-step setup

  1. Create an accountSign in with your email address. You will receive a magic link; click it to authenticate. No password needed.
  2. Connect a provider — In the dashboard, navigate to Settings → Providers. Select your booking platform (CourtReserve, The Picklr, Fairgrounds, or PodPlay) and enter your credentials. They are encrypted immediately and stored securely.
  3. Set a booking schedule — Go to Automation and configure which courts, days, and times you want to target. You can set preferred courts, a fallback list, and how far in advance to book.
  4. Enable automation — Toggle automation on. Court Central will begin monitoring for open slots and booking on your behalf.
  5. Review bookings — The My Bookings tab shows all reservations made through Court Central. You will also receive an in-app (and optional push) notification for each confirmed booking.
Tip: Enable push notifications in Settings → Notifications so you're alerted the instant a booking is confirmed.
