Automation Risk Disclosure

Court Central acts as your agent and submits booking requests on your behalf. Third-party providers (CourtReserve, Picklr, Fairgrounds, etc.) may suspend or ban accounts that use automation; we do not control their policies and cannot prevent enforcement actions. You assume all risk from using automation features. See our Terms of Service for the full liability waiver.

Frequently asked questions

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription from the account settings page at any time and you will retain access through the end of your billing period.

Do you offer a money-back guarantee?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans — if Court Central is not for you, request a refund within 30 days of your first payment for a full refund. See our money-back guarantee policy.

Will I be charged the same price forever?

The price you sign up at is locked in for as long as your subscription remains active. We may adjust pricing for new customers from time to time.

What happens to my automation rules if I downgrade?

If you downgrade to a tier with a lower rule limit, existing rules above that limit are paused (not deleted) and become editable again as soon as you upgrade.

Do paid plans cover court fees?

No. Court fees are charged directly by the booking provider (CourtReserve, Fairgrounds, etc.) and are separate from your Court Central subscription.
