Refund Policy

Last updated: 2026-05-02 · Effective immediately for all paid plans.
30-day money-back guarantee. If you are unhappy with Court Central for any reason within the first 30 days of paying for a plan, you can request a full refund — no questions asked.

1. Eligibility

The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to your first paid subscription period on each plan tier (Plus or Pro). The 30 days are counted from the date of your first successful charge. Renewals are not eligible for a no-questions refund, but you can cancel any time to stop future renewals.

2. How to Request a Refund

Refunds are self-serve. Go to your account billing page and click “Request refund”, or email from the address associated with your account. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. What Is Not Refundable

4. Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current period. If you want a refund of the current period and you are inside the 30-day window, request the refund explicitly — we will cancel the subscription and refund the most recent charge.
